- Return shipping is totally free. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
- You can return your jewelry purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Jewelry must be in the condition you received it in.
How To Prepare a Return
Please take the following steps to make a return to ShoppingBadger.com:
- Request Your Free UPS Return Label. Send an e-mail to freereturns@shoppingbadger.com
- Write RETURN in the subject line.
- Provide us with your order number, name, address, and phone number in the body of the email. Please also indicate a
reason for your return. Your feedback is very important to us!
- Print Your Label. You will receive an email with a link to retrieve your free return label.
- Pack It Up. Re-pack the item(s) (in the original envelope and/or similar size protective envelope or box) and packaging
material, include the shipping slip if possible, and items to be returned.
- Tape Your UPS Return Label to your protective package (covering any previous labels) and drop it off at any authorized UPS
Shipping Center. Find the closest place to drop off your package or schedule a pickup!
After we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within a few days. If you took advantage of free shipping, you will
receive a full refund. Partial returns will result in a full refund for the item being returned. If you opted for upgraded shipping and you
are returning the entire order, you will get a full refund minus the shipping upgrade charge. Our Quality Assurance department will
review your return. If they see signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage, the return will not be accepted. Those returns that are
improperly packaged will be refused upon receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to refund you for return postage if you return an item without using our free return label.
